Product Information

Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Kitten ultra soft mousse is a complete diet for kittens, from 6 weeks old, formulated to help support gastrointestinal disorders, including weaning diarrhoea, in growing pets. To meet the needs of growing pets, this diet is a high energy formula with an adapted level of nutrients, including protein and calcium. This diet contains highly digestible ingredients and an adapted level of electrolytes plus a synergistic complex including vitamin E, vitamin C and taurine to support a kitten’s natural defences.


It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and your kitten’s feeding program be reviewed regularly by a veterinarian.

Feeding/Dispensing Guide 


Feeding Instructions

In case of acute disease, regeneration of the intestinal villi requires the nutritional management to last for at least three weeks. To optimise digestion, the recommended daily intake should be divided into several small meals.

Returns

Non-Prescription Products:

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days for unopened items in original condition for exchange or store credit. Refunds are available if the product is faulty or not as described; however, food or treats cannot be returned once opened.

Prescription Medications:

We cannot accept change of mind returns for prescription products, given that there are laws that prohibit the resale of medication. Please make your selections carefully, and double-check your order before submitting.

    Great food for kitten with GI issues

    We are currently fostering a kitten with spina bifida and constipation and have found this to be the food that suits her best. She also seems to find this the tastiest out of the special GI diets we have tried! The paste consistency seems to translate into softer stools which are easier to pass. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a kitten with bowel issues.

    Messy but Necessary

    Not a kitten, but for my 6 year old cat with IBS after contracting rat parasites that damaged her stomach/intestines, this is the ONLY wet food she'll eat. However, the lid is EXTREMELY hard to open, and the ring pull often breaks too, so have to use a manual can opener Usually mix large heaped spoonful with 3 tablespoons of water. Was easy to order, customer service from "Vets Love Pets" was excellent. Box was solidly secure and arrived most promptly.
