The term "Vets Love Pets" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Level 3, 11-15 Labouchere Rd South Perth WA 6151. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Vets Love Pets, takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

  1. Vets Love Pets is in partnership with Royal Canin for our Veterinary Referral Program and veterinary clinics may receive a benefit.

Prescription Medication

This section governs the ordering and supply of prescription-only veterinary medicines (Prescription Products) through Vets Love Pets.

1. Supply and Our Role 

Vets Love Pets is not a licensed pharmacy and does not dispense medications. We act solely to facilitate the ordering process.

  • Pharmacy Partner: All Prescription Products are supplied and sold by our independent Australian partners pharmacy (the "Pharmacy Partner"), which holds all necessary licenses and registrations.
  • Contract of Sale: The supply of the product is between the Pharmacy Partner and you. The Pharmacy Partner reserves the right to accept or decline any order at their professional discretion.

2. Valid Prescription Requirement

We cannot facilitate the supply of Prescription Products unless you provide a valid, current prescription issued by an Australian registered veterinarian ("Prescription").

  • Submission: When ordering, you must either:

1. Provide a clear copy (e.g., scan/photo) of the New Prescription for verification.

2. Confirm that the current, original Prescription is already On File with our Dispensing Partner (if repeats remain and the script is unexpired).

  • Verification: You authorise us and the Pharmacy Partner to contact the prescribing veterinarian regarding your Prescription details.

3. Original Prescription Mailing

For first-time orders or if the original physical Prescription is not already held on file, the Pharmacy Partner legally requires the original, pen-signed copy.

  • Mailing Address: You must immediately post the original Prescription to:

  • Dispensing Delay: Your order will not be dispensed until the original physical Prescription is received and validated by the Pharmacy Partner.
