Setting up Auto Delivery is easy as 1-2-3:

    1.    Find your pet’s favourites – If a product is available for Auto Delivery, simply select it and add it to your cart.

    2.    Choose how often you need it – From every 2 weeks to every 24 weeks, you’re in control.

    3.    Checkout and relax – Enter your details at checkout and your Auto Delivery is good to go.

You can update or manage your deliveries anytime in your Account under Manage Auto Delivery.

Frequencies are weekly starting from 2 weeks, up to 26 weeks.

If you check your previous orders, it will give you some indication of how often you need to purchase any certain products.

You can always adjust the frequency, skip a delivery, or pause anytime in your account. We’ll also send a reminder before each order, so you’re always in control.

Yes, of course! You can reschedule your Auto Delivery before your next order placed. To reschedule, go to Account > Manage Auto Delivery > Select the Auto Delivery you want to edit > Choose "Re-schedule" under next order date.

Once you made a change to your next order date your upcoming schedule will be adjusted to reflect your new schedule based on your order frequency.  

Yes! You can update your Auto Delivery frequency any time in your Auto Delivery portal. Simply go to the active Auto Delivery > Select "Edit" under "Delivery Frequency". 

You can also skip, reschedule your Auto Delivery in your customer portal at any time to make it suit your needs.

No worries — we’ve got you covered!

Just head to your Account > Manage Auto Delivery > Select the Auto Delivery you’d like to receive early > Click “Order Now” under Next order date.

You’ll get an order confirmation, and your pet’s favourites will be on their way in no time!

Skipping an order lets you pause a single delivery without cancelling your Auto Delivery.

Here’s how to use it:

Go to your Account > Manage Auto Delivery > Select the Auto Delivery > Choose "Skip order"

We’ll skip the upcoming delivery, and your regular schedule will continue as usual after that.

Need it sooner instead? You can choose to Re-Schedule or Order Now anytime.

We prioritise Auto Delivery orders, so this is very unlikely to happen. However, should this happen, someone from our customer care team will contact you to help.  

Yes you can! You can add any product to your existing Auto Delivery as a One Time or as part of your Auto Delivery.

To do this, simply go to your active Auto Delivery and look for "Add a product to your next order", select the product you want to add and choose your preferred purchase option. The product will be delivered with your existing Auto Delivery at the scheduled time.


You sure can. This is very common; for example things like food and parasiticides are unlikely to be the same frequency so they can be set up on seperate schedules.

You will receive a payment reminder email 7 days before your next order is set to process, and another order confirmation email when your payment goes through the day the order processes. 

You can make changes to your order before the charge date to add products, skip, pause or cancel in the customer portal.

To change your payment method, simply go to Account > Manage Auto Delivery > Select the Auto Delivery you want to edit > Click "Edit" under "Payment Method".

Yes, you can!

To do that, go to your Account > Manage Repeat Delivery > Select the active Auto Delivery > Select "Edit" under "Shipping Address".

If you have multiple Auto Deliveries, you can select "Apply this shipping address to all Auto Deliveries" to update all of them in one click.


Yes, you can cancel your Auto Delivery at any time, free of charge.

You can cancel your active Auto Delivery by heading to your customer portal—the cancellation button is located at the bottom of the page.

If you ever need this Auto Delivery again, you can reactivate it anytime.
