Frequently Asked Questions

All orders over $49 ship for free to anywhere in Australia. All other orders have a flat delivery cost of $11.95.

We do offer shipping to P.O. boxes. To do this, please enter your P.O. box in the 'delivery address' field, and enter the suburb you want the package delivered to. Aus Post will deliver the order to the post office associated with the suburb entered. If you have any trouble with this process please contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to assist you.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on stock levels. 

For standard shipping, the typical delivery period is 2-8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after our standard dispatch timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us.

For real-time updates on your delivery, we recommend downloading the AusPost app. You will receive notifications, and can easily track and manage your deliveries right from your phone!

We offer shipping throughout Australia, delivering straight to your home, including PO boxes and your local post office. No matter where you are, we’ve got you covered.

While our headquarters are located in Perth, we have distribution centres across most states in Australia, except the Northern Territory. Your orders will be dispatched from the closest distribution centre to your location.

To ensure each item arrives safely and in perfect condition, we may ship items separately. You may receive separate tracking numbers, or the parcels may be under one tracking number. The remaining parts of your order are on their way and will arrive soon! If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team.

We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases you can return your order for exchange or store credit.

You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

If you'd like to return or exchange a product from your order, please contact one of our friendly Customer Specialists here. They will be able to advise you of your options for return, and assist you in organising an exchange where needed.

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our team is here to assist you with any changes and will do their best to accommodate your request.

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to support@vetslovepets.com.au. Don’t forget to include your order number and name in the email. Our team will promptly work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you get what you need.

With a continuous 5% discount, Auto Delivery lets you schedule recurring deliveries of your pet’s favourites, so you’ll never run out of pet supplies again! You can easily change, skip, or cancel your Auto Delivery order at any time—completely free of charge.
