To ensure your delivery arrives before Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:

• Metro areas: 18 December
• Regional areas: 16 December

For non-prescription products, we offer free shipping on metro orders over $49.

For metro orders under $49 and all regional orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Prescription medication ships separately at a flat express rate of $8.95.

We use Australia Post’s delivery network to define metro and regional areas. If your postcode is listed below, your order will be considered regional for shipping:

Vets Love Pets offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia. 

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on stock levels.

Delivery times: Orders usually arrive within 2-8 business days, with metro areas at the quicker end. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after our standard dispatch timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The default delivery option is currently “authority to leave” (no signature needed). Please note our delivery option is only authority to leave without a signature unless updated in the AusPost app.

Your order might come in separate parcels, especially if it's shipped from different warehouses. If you’re still waiting on an item after 48 hours, our team is here to help.

Sometimes items in your order travel separately, even when there’s just one tracking link. If your parcel seems incomplete, give it 24-48 hours. Most arrive shortly after the first. Still waiting? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Our delivery partners don’t operate on weekends or public holidays. If you order over the weekend, we’ll ship it on the next business day. Around holidays like Christmas or Easter, please allow a little extra time. We’ll keep you posted if delays are expected. If you have any questions, get in touch.

Currently, we only deliver within Australia.

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. They deliver Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm. For real-time updates on your parcel’s progress, we recommend the AusPost app: it’s the easiest way to stay in the loop.

By default, we give couriers permission to leave your order safely at your address: no signature needed. Prefer to sign? You can update your preference in the AusPost app.

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. If you live in a regional area, it might take a little longer. You’ll get an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If there are any expected delays, we’ll let you know upfront.

All our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Vets Love Pets is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to Vets Love Pets will be borne by you.

Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Vets Love Pets adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. The timeframes set out in this policy are considered fair and reasonable given the types of products sold.
