VLP Rewards Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VLP Rewards (“Program”), operated by Vets Love Pets (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Australia. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• All members of the Program must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over.

• To join the Program, you must have a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep your details updated. We are not responsible for any loss of points or rewards if your contact information is outdated.

• Each individual is permitted only one Program account. We reserve the right to refuse, merge, or close duplicate accounts at our discretion.

• Membership is for personal use only. We may refuse applications, terminate memberships, or cancel/reduce points if we suspect transactions are for commercial purposes, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

• The Program, account, points, and rewards are issued by and remain the property of Vets Love Pets.

The Program, account, points, and rewards are valid only in Australia and through our official website at https://vetslovepets.com.au/.

• Upon joining, all members enter Level 1 with no minimum spend required.

• Members qualify for higher levels based on their rolling annual spend (spend in the 365 days following their join date) as follows:

  • Level 2: Over $200

  • Level 3: Over $800

  • Level 4: Over $1,800

• As your spend increases, your level status will automatically update.

• Level eligibility is reassessed continuously based on your rolling 12-month spend from the date you joined the Program.

• Level benefits apply only while you maintain the qualifying spend.

• Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

• You must be logged into your Program account at the time of purchase to earn points or redeem rewards.

• We may request proof of identity to verify your account activity or reward redemption.

• Program accounts, points, and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be traded, sold, or gifted.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised account use.

• You can check your points balance and rewards status anytime by logging into your Program account at https://vetslovepets.com.au/account.

You will earn points for every $1 spent as follows:

• Level 1: 1 point per $1

• Level 2: 1.5 points per $1

• Level 3: 2 points per $1

• Level 4: 3 points per $1

Points are awarded on the final order value, excluding shipping fees, gift cards, discounts, returns, and cancelled transactions.

Additional ways to earn points include:

• Refer a friend (successful referral): 1,000 points (ongoing)

• Write a product review: 200 points (ongoing)

• Follow us on Instagram: 100 points (one-time)

• Share on Facebook: 60 points (one-time)

• Read our monthly pet care blog: 50 points (monthly)

• Like our Facebook page: 40 points (one-time)

Points will typically be credited to your account within 1 hour after order confirmation.

Only purchases made on or after 1st June 2025 can be backdated after joining the Program. Purchases made before this date are not eligible for backdating.

• Every 1,000 points earned = $10 voucher redeemable at checkout.

• Redeemed vouchers will expire after 30 days if unused.

• Points can only be redeemed online at https://vetslovepets.com.au/ when logged into your account.

• Redemption value cannot exceed the total value of your order.

• Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).

• Expiry of points is not considered account activity.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

• We reserve the right to terminate your membership:

  • If there is no activity on your account for 12 months.

  • If we believe your account has been used fraudulently or unlawfully.

  • If you breach these terms or engage in behaviour deemed abusive, offensive, or damaging to our brand.

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Care at support@vetslovepets.com.au, or call us at 1300 155 550.

• Upon termination or expiry of your account, all points and rewards will be forfeited immediately.

• We reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website at https://vetslovepets.com.au/.

• Your continued participation in the Program confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.

• If you do not agree with any changes, you should cancel your membership.

• We collect, use and store your personal information to manage your Program membership and personalise your experience. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

• If you have opted into marketing communications, we will contact you with news, offers, promotions, and other updates.

• You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in any communication, updating your online account settings, or contacting Customer Care.

• These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

• Welcome points are credited when you join or reach a new level for the first time:

  • Level 1: 500 points

  • Level 2: 1,000 points

  • Level 3: 1,500 points

  • Level 4: 2,000 points

• Points will appear in your account within 1 hour after qualifying.

• If you move back to a lower level, you will not receive new welcome points again.

• Available to all members at all levels.

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products sold by authorised Australian retailers, excluding eBay and Amazon.

• Requests must be submitted before purchase.

• Price match is subject to verification and approval at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to decline price match requests based on competitor stock availability, promotional errors, or non-comparable terms.

• Offers are available to all active members.

• Offers may vary month to month and are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.

• Discounts and bonus offers may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Members will receive an additional 100 points on any qualifying order over $150 (excluding shipping and discounts).

• Applies to the final amount paid after discounts.

• Only one bonus of 100 points applies per order.

Points will be credited within 1 hour after the qualifying order.

• Members must provide their birth date at least 1 day prior to their birthday to be eligible.

• Members must have made at least one purchase in the 12 months prior to their birthday month.

• Birthday bonus points will be credited automatically on the member’s birthday:

  • Level 1: 500 points

  • Level 2: 1,000 points

  • Level 3: 1,500 points

  • Level 4: 2,000 points

• Birthday points will expire 365 days after account inactivity.

• Available to members at Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.

• 500 bonus points will be awarded on every 5th completed Auto Delivery order (skipped, paused, or cancelled orders do not quality).

• Bonus points will be issued within 1 hour after the qualifying order.

• Available to members at Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.

• Early access periods may vary per event and will be communicated via email or website notifications.

• Early access does not guarantee availability of all products.

• Specific sale terms and conditions may apply to each event.

• Available to Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 members who have made a purchase during that month.

• Each eligible member will automatically receive one free entry into the monthly draw.

• Winners will be selected at random and contacted by email.

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

• Available to Level 3 and Level 4 members only.

• Free shipping applies to standard delivery within Australia.

• No minimum order value is required.

• Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

• Available to Level 4 members only.

• Members must submit proof of their pet’s annual veterinary check (e.g. vet invoice or certificate) to the Vets Love Pets Customer Care team.

• Proof must be dated within the past 30 days of submission.

• 8,000 bonus points will be credited immediately upon verification.

• Limit to one vet check bonus per membership per rolling 12 months.

• Available to Level 4 members only.

• Priority Customer Service includes faster response times and access to a dedicated support team where available.

• This benefit does not guarantee the outcome of any inquiry or service request.

• Available to all VLP Rewards members.

• To refer a friend, share your unique referral link through here.

• The referred friend will receive 10% off their first order of $100 or more.

• The referring member will receive 1,000 points once the referred friend:

  • Uses the unique link to place their first eligible order, and

  • Completes the purchase (order must not be cancelled or refunded).

• Referred friends must be first-time customers and use a different email address than the referring member.

• Points will be automatically credited to the referrer’s account once the referred order has been processed and dispatched.

• Referral rewards are unlimited — you can refer as many friends as you like.

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. If we determine that a referral was made to your own account, we reserve the right to cancel any associated points and take further action in line with our program terms.
