Returns

Non-Prescription Products:

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days for unopened items in original condition for exchange or store credit. Refunds are available if the product is faulty or not as described; however, food or treats cannot be returned once opened.

Prescription Medications:

We cannot accept change of mind returns for prescription products, given that there are laws that prohibit the resale of medication. Please make your selections carefully, and double-check your order before submitting.

    'ok'

    It is pretty sturdy and has survived some abuse on concrete, but the middle piece that is supposed to come out is terrible.

    Your dog will love you even more

    Best treat dispensing toy on the market. I have one buster cube going strong now for over 13 years which was gifted to me. I've now bought a 2nd one for my 2nd dog. They both love their cubes and got the hang of them quickly. I use the cubes to feed their breakfast when home alone.
