Was looking for something to use as a topper for my two small dogs foods. Previously I was using some frozen food but it became very annoying to remember to defrost enough and the portions were so big that I had to get a big container that used up all the space in my fridge. I like how you don’t need to refrigerate these until you open them, the box is a good enough size to use for a few days for two small dogs as a topper, without lasting so long that it goes off. The carton closes nicely so that it’s easy to open but well sealed and won’t spill in the fridge and my dogs enjoy it. The price is decent as well, at least for use as a topper not sure how it would go if it was a primary food source. Will keep buying.

Great product! Due to the rice within the product, this is the least runny of all the Prime100 SPD Slow Cooked range. Single protein product is also an advantage for health. All Prime100 products appear to greatly improve my dogs coat & reduces their stomach upset - I rotate through the flavours in line with my vets advise to ensure they are not consuming just 1 product for months on end and this seems to further help. Vets Love Pets also deliver fresh product with almost direct from factory shelf life (18 months) on most deliveries, meaning I can buy in bulk without the worry of short expiration dates!
