kLEO Ear Cleaner – Canine Ear Cleaner
A cleansing agent to be used as an aid in the treatment and prevention of Otitis Externa in dogs.
kLEO has the following actions on a dog's ear; Cleaning, Drying, Antiseptic Action
kLEO also has a long flexible applicator to ensure the dose reaches deeply into the ear canal without harming it.
Active Constituents:
- 23.9mg/ml Boric Acid, 9.1mg/ml Menthol, 1.0mg/ml Chlorothymol
Dosage
0.2-0.4ml (5-10 drops) in each ear twice daily as an adjunct to therapy, or 0.2ml-0.4ml (5-10drops) in each ear once or twice a week in those dogs prone to ear problems. Gentle massage the ears after treatment.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated for use where the ear drum is perforated.
Contraindicated for use in cats.
Diagnosis by your veterinarian prior to commencement of treatment is recommended to rule out other ear problems such as perforated eardrum or grass seeds.
