Choosing the right size
Use the breed guidelines unless the patient is over or underweight. If measurement is necessary, or the animal is between sizes, please use the following guidelines.
- Use a soft measuring tape, measure the length of the dog's snout from the end of the nose to the point where the snout starts to slope upwards to the eyes.
- Then, measure around the widest part of the dog's snout while its mouth is closed.
